Well,
I'm tired an a half! Yesterday being Sam Cee's First concert, kept me going all day long! on about 100000 water bottles, (with one washrom break) and 2 slices of pizza! I woke up at 6 and got my things ready, went to school and waited for my best friend ( catherine young, whom the show was put together by) to come pick me up. She said she was going to be late so i started my book ( Public Secrets: Nora Roberts) and went for a 6 km walk! When i was finished my lovely walk in the bright warm sun, we headed to toronto. We did our hair, we got our nails done, and got to the dressingrooms at the concert venu. The makeup artist did her stuff, we were given accessories, and then it was time to do the photoshoot. The photographer ( ontop of being gorgeous and adorably charming) was very talented and could get our better sides ( even when we were wearing bright tube top red dresses) later i escorted v.i.p guests to their tables, it was funny. Old people were greatful, young teenage girlfriends of SamCee we're all excited and bubbly, and the guys...HA they were being escorted by a long legged model in a short tight red dress. Lets just say i was asked my # more times than i can count, and given even more emails! One caught my eye, but ill never tell who! But seriously The things guys come up with ill tell you! Anyway general public came in, there was dinner, then we handed out buisness cards ( as part of our contract) and then we had to mingle, man the boys were happy when we went on the dancefloor! ( we the two other models, Steph and Yvette, and myself) The concert was a huge hit when the young artist came onstage and the v.i.p guests loved their professional photos taken of them, especially the ones who asked for us the modcels to pose with them! they were quite a hit! There was media from all over, there were people all over, limousines, liquor, papparazzi, red carpet, good lord, after all is said and done, i woke up this morning, with my artificial eyelashes still on ( well one and a half still glued on) i had all my makeup on, my hair a curly hairsprayed mess, no voice, headkilling, aching feet, my goodness im a wreck! But all in all, it was a great show! Cant wait till the upcoming artist's concert in october!!!
